This is your invitation to join a rare fellowship: a 7-day mythic leadership journey across the wild landscapes of New Zealand, guided by seasoned facilitators, partly inspired by the timeless arc of Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings.
The Journey
We will travel through three powerful phases:
FELLOWSHIP
Forging trust, clarifying personal purpose, and aligning with the collective mission.
DESCENT
Confronting inner shadows, testing courage, and crossing thresholds of transformation.
RETURN
Integrating hard-won insights, anchoring vision, and re-entering the world with clarity and intention.
You will hike ancient trails, paddle wild rivers, confront challenge and beauty and share deep circles of reflection, laughter, and transformation.

We are intentionally curating a group of 12 committed participants from diverse backgrounds, ages 30–65, who are ready to walk this path together.
